For our assignment, we decided to make a podcast talking about the new restaurants opening around Edwardsville, including Sauce on the Side, Hi Pointe, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and more. We took a look at what each restaurant had to offer, then met up to have a casual conversation about what we think. Collin edited the podcast and allowed Jake to upload it to YouTube for the submission.
